On the slopes of the Stellenbosch Mountain between the wine-growing areas grows this classy and elegant aged chardonnay à la MCC. The Be a Daisy MCC Brut is aged for 4 years on the lees and another 3 years in the bottle makes this a French-style Méthode Cap Classique. Toasty notes of honey, almond and fragrant fruits and citrus, melon, biscuit and brioche flavours on the nose.

Goes well with oysters, sushi, roasted macadamia and nuts and mature cheeses.
